Customers are solely responsible for their bets. Once the company confirms your bet, it cannot be canceled, withdrawn, or changed and is considered a valid betting voucher. If the customer engages in fraud, collusion, illegal or other improper behavior, we have the right to cancel the bet or any winnings. The company is not responsible for any loss caused by poor or delayed satellite signal reception, network interruption, user errors or negligence while using the website, or misunderstanding of the website content. The company is also not liable for website, server, or network interruptions, server information loss or damage, attacks by malicious entities, or slow network speeds due to network providers.
